This review is long overdue. I took time before posting because I wanted to be fair, but a year later I still can’t understand how this so-called “family” eye doctor’s office handled my situation. I put down a $500 deposit for glasses and changed my mind within about 30 minutes. I immediately requested a refund, but my money was not returned. I felt there was no effort to help resolve the situation, which was very disappointing and frustrating. Based on my experience, I do not recommend placing a deposit for glasses here. I suggest looking elsewhere where there are more frame selections, better pricing, and clearer customer service policies. I hope others don’t have the same experience I did. Mind you I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. I used to bring my 3 boys in for their annual eye checkups. Don’t come here, the ladies in the front desk are all rude and talk about you behind your back.

Great place! I took my 5-year-old daughter for her very first eye exam, and wow—what an amazing experience. The staff and the doctor were amazing . The doctor was super funny and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. Highly recommend

This place is a wonderful place to go my vicit was to keep company to my husband and so my experience and opinion is the best place to come.tye service was amazing it's a family welcoming and I believe this place is best to be know more to the public also am moving my entire family to be part of this wouderful doctor and employee 100%+ satisfied

My family and I went in for our first eye exam at this location. From the moment we walked in the front desk staff was very welcoming and prompt to help us. The office is very clean and organized. Also, the Doctor was amazing to say the least. He greeted us, was very welcoming, and thanked us for our business which stood out to me right away since I’ve never had a Doctor thank me before. We will definitely continue to get our vision exams/glasses here!

Update: We were back for our routine check-ups. Dr. Mendoza and his Staff always provide their best services and recommendations. They never disappoint us. We will return in a couple of weeks to pick up our glasses. Wow! Amazing Customer Sevice Staff. We all had a very pleasant experience as first time patients. Dr. Mendoza is excellent in explaining the details as he goes along with our eye exams. Thank You. Kudos to all! Update: Went again this morning for a follow up with Dr. Mendoza and continued to receive excellent service from the wonderful staff Gabriela and Aida. Thanks again!
