Justin was fantastic. He explained everything very well and was very professional. The office side of things was very disappointing. I tried to precheck in several times online but it never sent me the required code. Then at the appt my insurance did not show up. So I had to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed. To remedy this it would have been helpful to have someone call me like regular eye doctors do. I work crazy hours so I never remember until late at night. But I would have taken a call from someone.

Great service. Interesting doing virtual visit with Dr. after tech uploaded test results. The tech, Kevin, was great as were Susana and Bob who did the measuring for our glasses.
It was my first time at LensCrafters at the Danbury Fair Mall on Backus Avenue. The eye doctor is remote, but it was a very friendly, thorough, and professional experience. The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the fact that they answered all of my questions and I did not feel like I was being a bother. My frames are gorgeous and they have a large selection of frames. My vision plan is mediocre, but I look for quality service and will pay for that. Thank you for the positive first experience.
Very one were so pleasant and kind. Helpfull, were able to give personal care. This is why I keep coming back year after year. Thank you
Unfortunately my eye exam was unduly delayed as the staff could not properly line up the screen so that I could read all 5 letters. Both examiners failed to correct the problem at first but could not. After a second try the examiners realized that the mirror that projected the letters was not aligned properly. This caused many delays with the optician until finally they figured out what the problem actually was. 😕
