Well, in my opinion, the service was terrible. The day I went for my eye exam, I asked if I could get a prescription, and they said yes. After the exam, I asked for a prescription, and they forced me to choose a frame. From a variety of ugly frames, I picked one with a design on the temples for the exam. They used to be open on Saturdays, but now they're closed. I went back today, and when I arrived, they chose the frames they wanted. When I complained, they told me, "Those were the ones you chose." Now, playing the victim, they've made me pay $130, and the glasses are the ugliest I've ever seen. So, their service is terrible; I don't recommend them.

I would never recommend this optician. I ordered frames that only needed tinting and anti-reflective coating—nothing complicated. The frames took so long to arrive that I had to call several times over the weeks to check their status. They never called to tell me they had arrived. I made the mistake of paying in full. When the frames finally arrived, the manager told me to sit down so she could help me. There was only one other customer. When that customer left, the manager didn't call me. Another customer came in and was helped quickly. Then another customer came in and was helped again. By the time the third person had been helped, the technician asked if I was being helped, and I told her I had been left waiting. She asked the manager about my glasses, and they had them, but she didn't want to help me. It was obvious how unprofessional she was; she showed little sensitivity to the customer's needs. Finally, the frames arrived without the tints. I wasted time and money. I'll go to another optician to order different glasses.
As others have said, they force you to choose the frames with them. They won't give you the prescription to get the glasses made elsewhere unless you have to pay to get the prescription, even though the Reforma (health insurance) already covered it and paid them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I came for an eye exam and a glasses and contact lens test. After filling out the form and waiting 40 minutes, they told me the doctor doesn't give you a prescription to take with you, meaning you could only buy glasses from them… I don't recommend them.
The ophthalmologist was very professional, and their COVID protocol was excellent! The receptionist helped me find the perfect style to suit my personality and was super honest! I 100% recommend them; they're a very professional team! 🥰💖
