Neshay was excellent- carefully explained every exam, every cost and was also my personal stylist, healing me pick out new frames that look best on me. Dr. Paulino thoughtfully explained what she was doing and why. I recommend coming to myeyedr on Monticello in Williamsburg. Great staff, welcoming and so glad they are experts in helping with insurance, too!
On my visit to myeyedr I was very satisfied with my purchase and grateful for the experience and information that I received from Chip and Neshay. Though the product was expensive they made me feel confident which contributed in my overall satisfaction, thank you!
Sharene and Neshay helped me receive my new glasses and how fun was that! They are so nice, I love them! Sharene can't see, but she has great energy and fun customer service! Neshay was super helpful in adjusting my older glasses and also provided service with a smile (and, she can see!). I have been coming to MyEye Doctor in Williamsburg for years and my experience has always been positive..... just like these 2 ladies. Great job Williamsburg My Eye Doctor crew!
Neshay was excellent. The customer service was top notch. I only came in for my daughter but in conversation I mentioned that I was really overdue but was going to wait another month for myself due to finances. She pulled up my information and did some calculations and got me in for a same day appointment right after my daughter and under my budget for both of us combined. The doctor here is also amazing. My daughter has been seeing her for a few years now and she is always so patient and kind. This is by far my favorite location.
Received a text stating that my glasses were ready to be picked up. Went to pick up my glasses and all that was there was the lens!!! No frame. 99.9% of the time people like to have a frame with their lens. The lab should have known that something is wrong and not send in lenses to the store without a frame. The frame was with the prescription which cost me $249. Not very happy with the service and how someone did not check before sending a text and waste my time and drive to pick up lenses without a frame. It would have been nice for whom ever is in charge to double check the orders before sending text. I was very excited to receive my new glasses after waiting over 1 week, but it looks like now I will have to wait another week or maybe more. I am disappointed that someone dropped the ball. Not a happy customer!!! Expecting some kind of credit for my troubles please. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.
