I had neglected my eye care and had not had an eye exam in a few years. I was seen as a new patient and could not be more pleased with my experience. I had a very thorough exam by Dr. Waldron and my new contact lens prescription helped me read the greens better and helped me shoot a career low golf score today! 🏌‍♂️Coincidence? I think not. All staff are very personable, professional and the appointment showed they valued my time. No waiting! I'm sure the eyeglasses they were kind enough to have the lenses replaced in, saving me the cost of new frames, will be just as good as fit. Highly recommend!

They hardly answer the phone. When they do they tell you they were on lunch. When you explain you called long before their lunch they give you other excuses. Tried this place for the first time. If the check in girls are in a conversation when you walk in, they make you wait until they’re done to even acknowledge you. The clinical staff, doctor included, talks down about other vision places and the brand of contacts they sell, the contacts they offer are absolutely garbage- my monthly’s don’t even last a month, and they refuse to measure my PD unless I buy their glasses only and told me they do this so I can’t use it to purchase glasses elsewhere. Will not be back not recommend.

I chose this practice based on positive reviews and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I took my two daughters in for an eye exam. I was told my insurance worked for one child and not the other. I self paid for the “uncovered” daughter because I was notified halfway through the exam. When i got home, my daughter is covered and I should not have paid $175, instead I should have paid $10. This was confirmed by my insurance. When I called to fix the error and have my money refunded, first their insurance person was “sick”, then their insurance person “quit”. Now, almost two weeks later and nothing but continued promises to figure it out with NO follow up. Despite being incredibly impressed by the doctor and her care, her staff (including her husband) have made it so we will never return to this practice. Unfortunate loss as a family of 4 with lifelong glasses needs. $175 may not be a lot of money to them, but it would have covered the glasses both of my kids need. Maybe they aren’t hurting for business, and it is suspect that no one that works at this practice can figure out how to properly run insurance and refund payment. Another rub, I was given two copies of one daughter’s prescription and no copy of my other daughters and had to hunt it down on their site. Honestly, just incredibly disappointing. Don’t self pay with this practice if you know your insurance is effective. I’m hoping writing this review will suddenly make this important to the practice to resolve, and to warn others to avoid this practice unless you have the time to fix their errors.

Dr. Waldron took amazing care of me - she explained all of my contact lens options thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with the choice I made. What made the experience even better was the convenience of walking straight from the exam room into their stunning eyeglasses showroom. It's open, fresh, and inviting with a wide range of stylish frames to choose from. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind and clearly passionable about what they do.
