National Vision Center

Just left here. Three star because the doctor and the woman who screened my eyes are amazing. However, the receptionist had a major attitude and I listened to her talk about people, wild man. Now, there was miscommunication because my daughter had my a different last name, and I assumed she would be checked in under me, which that is my fault. But she has an attitude from the moment we stepped in

I thought this would be a good experience . I figured the military base has higher standards. I have worn glasses since I was six and bifocals since 12. I am 64. This has been the worse experience getting my bifocals to work properly. The women are nice but seems experience is lacking. They really don’t even check to see if the fit is right … I can’t believe the post command allows this. I writing off almost $ 400 mistake.

I’ve had the please of meeting Dr. Baptiste twice, my youngest daughter’s appointment was at his Montana location and my oldest daughter and I had our appointment at the Ft. Bliss location. Once again the staff was amazing with their customer service. My oldest will be graduating next year and Dr. B took the time to give her advice and encouragement and it truly touched my heart. It’s easy to find a doctor that does well in his specialty but it’s not so easy to find a doctor that actually cares about his patients and that’s Dr. B hands down; he’s professional and is an excellent eye doctor but he truly cares about his patient. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an eye doctor. 10/10 and this location was clean as well.

Associate at the Fort Bliss location was misleading about delivery times and prices to make a sale. Created a large amount of stress for me as I was PCSing. Would absolutely go elsewhere.

Terrible with time. Says they open at 0900, but are not here to open. Then have attitudes when you knock on the door and they come from the back like you doing something wrong. Need to get dependable people to work so the store opens when it is suppose to...
