Had a great experience at Nationwide! Robert and the team were friendly, fast and very thorough. The doctor was a really sweet lady and very knowledgeable. She took time to answer questions and give recommendations about various contacts and glasses. Overall the service was great. Thank you!
Manager Roberto and staff went above and beyond to ensure my new pair of glasses fit just right. Having had the same prior pair for 4+ years, I was rather picky about having to switch to new glasses. Their team did an excellent job of finding me a pair that looked similar to my old ones and made sure they met my specifications. Great customer service would highly recommend.
They're so friendly and funny! Made me comfortable and right at home. They hunted to make sure I was getting the best deal. The eye doctor herself is fantastic and actually explained to me what was going on with my eyes, rather than leaving me guessing. I got my glasses and they're fantastic! A few weeks later I accidentally ran into a door and bent my glasses, and went back in and they fixed them in two seconds no problem!
My 2 years old needs glasses but its been difficult finding glasses in her size that doesn’t cost an arm and an leg. I am so happy to find Nationwide Vision. They have the largest children’s frame selection in the area and they even have glasses in her size! The price is very reasonable and the staff there is friendly and helpful. You can tell that they love working there. They also have an wide range of glasses for women as well. When I am getting my new glasses I will only purchase here. The doctor is also very kind. Even though we didn’t have an eye exam at the office she helped explain things about my child’s vision that her pediatric optometrist never mentioned!
Ive been to optometrists all over the map, and this is by far the best experience i had. I was on a trip when my Rx sunglass frame broke. I took them first to another place and they tried for nearly an hour and could do nothing. The folks at this store did it really well, really quickly, and for free. Plus, they were super pleasant and friendly to deal with, something i do not find when asking for repairs at most optometrists. I would go back in a heartbeat if i lived in the area, for all my eye care needs. I wished they were closer to my home (in Canada).
