From the moment you walk in, Tom and Kelly make you feel comfortable and cared for. Even Kevin was kind and caring. This place is definitely a winner in your eye health. Dr Singh was so professional and thorough in her exam. She listened to all of my prior issues with compassion and made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend this practice!!!

I had my first visit today for an annual eye exam with Dr. Chereka Singh at Clarkson Eyecare at the Trinity office. She was absolutely wonderful! It was the most comprehensive exam I have ever experienced. Not only is she a true professional, but she is very kind and attentive to the needs of the patients. The staff was great as well. If you want an excellent eye doctor, please contact this office. I'm so glad to have found Dr. Singh.

Had a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Trinity. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Dr. Singh was excellent—compassionate, thorough, and very clear in explaining everything during the exam. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. Misty, the office manager, was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable, set clear expectations for the visit, and took the time to help me find the right frames without any pressure. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality eye care and great customer service.

We had a great experience here. The staff and doctors are very sweet and so patient! I really appreciate the way they treated us, our previous facility was not very nice. As a mother to a child with adhd, a little patience goes further than many know. Even though my son wanted to spend 20 minutes looking at frames, never once did we feel rushed. I will be making an appointment for myself and this is where me and my family will go for now on!

3/16/26 - ‘Hospitalized’[HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE] Trinity Location. Dealt w/ rude office manager Misty 2 weeks prior (3/4) giving incorrect information on my insurance & problem w/ my lenses. She immediately ordered new lenses before we confirmed insurance/warranty coverage. My warranty expired 3/23 & Clarkson had me scheduled for annual exam on 3/30, past warranty. I asked her to cancel my lenses order she just placed & rescheduled my appointment for 3/16! She was displeased & unprofessional. We are returning customers. As long time Trinity residents, like to support local businesses. Arrived on time for routine eye exam appointment 3/16. Forms completed online. Kelly took me for initial testing, including putting wrist blood pressure on right arm & it read 178/88. I was concerned & immediately addressed she retook it & was about same. I told her my BP always low & at primary doctor prior Monday & it was good. I asked if they had cuff BP apparatus & told eye doctor had one, so she noted in computer for doctor to check my BP. About 10 minutes later doctor Chereka Singh, DO came out for me.We went into her office & she closed door. I noticed BP cuff sitting next to her keyboard. As she was about to begin I asked her "can you take my BP before starting exam." I reiterated my BP was very high when Kelly took it w/ wrist monitor. Her response was "no you need to sit for 5 minutes" so I replied "OK we can sit for 5 minutes". She said "no I have other patients to see" so I told her I don’t feel comfortable getting up right now, could you just take it since cuff was right next to her keyboard. She refused & wanted me to go to waiting room because she had another patient.I told doctor I needed to keep sitting. Fortunately I was able to audio tape this awful experience. She left & never returned. My heart was racing & not feeling good. Eventually Kelly came in to ask how I was doing.I explained I was still not well. She left & Kevin came in & asked if there was situation/problem. I explained issue & concern w/ my BP so high & was scared because my BP always good & usually low. His response “we have to keep things moving in office & need to go sit in waiting room". I didn’t want to get up & fall as I was not feeling well & their attitude toward me was only getting me more upset.I said to him “this will go over real big on social media”. He responded “are you threatening me?” I emphatically said no. He said "because that sounds like a threat”. I reiterated to him I don't threaten people & this is about humility, compassion & customers health & could be a learning experience for him. He left room. I was alone again extremely upset, hyperventilating, crying, head/heart pounding so I called 911 from my cell.HELP WAS ON THE WAY! Kevin & Misty (manager) walked in & told me the doctor does not feel comfortable doing eye exam & that I “needed to leave", despite being in physical distress. I told them I just want my BP checked w/ cuff. They told me I had to leave or they would call POLICE ON ME! I didn’t tell them that I had already called 911 because their actions & lack of empathy toward me were pathetic. EMT's thankfully arrived & started checking my heart & BP. By then my BP jumped to 190/80. They took me out on stretcher. I saw Dr. Singh arm on hip & Misty standing looking annoyed. I was put in ambulance & taken to ER. Several tests and blood work were performed. My BP was still very high after 5 hours. Clarkson Eyecare Trinity Location. Received a Federal Express letter on “Saturday April 18 2026” from Clarkson Eyecare. Pathetic of them!! This was their follow up to my traumatic experience on “March16 2026” (on or around? they can’t get their dates straight) eye exam. When they took my BP blood pressure it was concerningly high. I was in Medical Distress and they did NOTHING. **See my Google Review March 17/18 (mb) This was all captured on Audio! I’m a Senior Citizen this was Immoral behavior. A ridiculously poor ineffective and weak team. SHAME on Dr Singh. Misty. Kevin. Kelly.
