My daughter had an appointment here today. Highly recommend coming to this location. All staff welcomed us in. Office was clean wait time was less than five minutes. The Doctor was nice explained everything that was going on. Leslie and Rose both assisted with appointment. Great customer service. Will be back for my own eye exam in the future. They are awesome! I went in to fix my sunglasses cause the screws on one side had snapped off and Jennifer-the manager, not only fixed that side but she also tightened the other side free of charge. And she was super nice about it too.I'm def getting my glasses from them from now on. Thank you ladies!
Doctor is always nice and we love getting our glasses with Rose, the office Manager. She is the best and always so nice and welcoming
I usually order my glasses online but I had such a great experience with Leslie Ceja that I decided that I would much rather keep going here for all of my eye care needs. So much that I also brought my wife & daughter back as customers. Leslie was/is always so kind pleasant & patient. She has the best customer service skills and makes going to get an eye exam fun. Idk what she gets paid but whatever is is DOUBLE IT. She deserves a raise & a Red Bull!
Buying glasses is normally something that I hate doing. Not today at Nationwide Vision! Jennifer, the store manager, saw me trying on many different colors and frame styles and came to my aid. She asked a few questions about what I like and dislike and found several frames for me to try. When we amassed eight pairs, she helped me narrow them down to a winner. Her help was invaluable - it totally removed my angst in the selection process. Thank you, Jennifer!
