I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff seemed uninterested and lacked the attention to detail I would expect from an eye care provider. During my exam, they did not properly position me at the testing equipment, which resulted in an incorrect prescription. When my glasses arrived, the frames were bent and the case was damaged. Instead of replacing the frames, they simply bent them back into shape, leaving visible creases, and told me the issue was "fixed." I was also told there was nothing they could do about the damaged case. Another downside was that the doctor appointment was conducted remotely, so I never had the opportunity to have a face-to-face conversation with the doctor. Overall, the entire experience felt scripted, impersonal, and robotic. I left feeling like customer satisfaction was not a priority. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
