I had such a great experience at Nationwide Vision, thanks to Priscilla! She truly went above and beyond to help me with my daily wear glasses when I was having ongoing issues. Instead of a quick fix, she took the time to carefully listen, thoroughly assess the problem, and make precise adjustments until everything felt just right. Her patience, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell she really cares about making sure customers leave happy and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who puts in that extra level of effort, and I’m so grateful she did. Thank you, Priscilla, for your outstanding customer service—I really appreciate it!

My family has come here for a few years now for glasses for our kiddos and each time we have come, the opticians have been very kind. Dr. Hao is super sweet! Shawn assisted us with my sons glasses this year and his energy was just the best, he was very nice and had a laid back vibe 😊

I was very happy with my experience at Nationwide Vision. I hadn't been back for an eye exam for some years now, but the exam was quick, efficient, and I was able to get sorted with a new pair of frames with the help of Ana. I appreciate Dr. Pollock for making sure I got the care I needed for my stye as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience here. The staff are rude and disrespectful, and they never take responsibility for their mistakes. I have been here a few times, and every time I have had a problem. They cancel your appointment without calling or leaving a message. There is no missed call and no voicemail showing the cancellation. In fact, I still received a text message reminder for my appointment. Then, when I showed up at my scheduled time, they acted rude and behaved as if it was my fault. I even heard one employee say that they did not actually make any changes, but they still told me the appointment was canceled. A few times I asked who called me, but they never gave me a name. I also ordered a pair of glasses from them. I showed them to another place, and they told me the material cannot be high-index because the lenses are too heavy. They charged me for an expensive material but used a cheaper one instead.

My 5yr old son and I have had multiple visits at this location, and they are very friendly, professional, and answer all questions thoroughly. **Lysa & Dayana were Amazing.** 😊 They answered every question and had an awesome sense of humor .💯 We definitely look forward to our next visit, and will definitely recommend this Place for Family.
