Nationwide Vision

To be honest I was worried about going to this location because of the reviews but it was the closest one and almost closing time. I wanted to get in and get my kiddo glasses. We already had a prescription. Donna helped us. She was great. She did the paperwork aspect while my son and I looked for glasses. She was transparent with what insurance would cover. Hoping the rest of the process goes as smoothly!

This was my first time at this location getting both my girls eyes checked and new glasses. My youngest has never had an exam before and they made her feel really comfortable during the process. All the staff was really friendly and very informative on the type of prescriptions and the breakdown of the prescription itself. I will definitely keep coming to this location instead.

Went to Nationwide vision center this morning was there at 9:00 and my appointment was at 9:20 and they got to me before 9:20, very nice Receptionists and the doctor was very kind. I didn't wait long at all. They took very good care of me and I chose the best glasses that I was really happy with. They treat you right and with heart ❤️

Raquel has helped me for three years in a row and she’s a keeper Awesome stellar customer service that’s why I come back she can train everybody to be the best they can be because that’s what she is. You’re lucky to have her give her a raise.

They were very good & friendly, an amazing job taking care of me (my eyes) the only small complaint that I have is that 3 different people who worked there, wouldn’t call me my preferred name, like they ask you on the paperwork and sign up/sign in, what you prefer to be called and I said it a number of times, but they continued to call me my government name. Not that big of deal, but it keep happening, they also were a little busy, so it’s not to take away from the excellent performance they all did, just a small thing.
