Jen was super patient while I found a pair of frames. She pulled out pairs for me to try and directed my attention to my new pair. She gave me my total and made the whole process very easy!

05/01/2026. The staff does not do their paid job. Came in for an eye exam. Asked to pick out a pair of frames. No tech guided me assist in sizing the frame. Picked up the glasses, and no offering from staff to try them on for comfort and alignment. I Stated to the tech they were exceptionally tight and exceptionally small. A tech make the frame arms wider, yet never sat me down with me to custom fit. AS a result, my lenses are great and the frame is not fitted. Make it Right!! Contact me.
