We stopped in Penny's to see what we could find for my daughter, who will hopefully be interviewing for entry-level professional positions soon. The store was clean and the staff was OK. The stock is definitely more for older people. She was less than impressed with the blouses, and they didn't have many dress pants. Though they did have work-appropriate pants. She chose to purchase on pair of pants. Now. If *I* were shopping there, a 50+ woman with a penchant for comfort, we'd probably be fine--as long as the petite section included plus-sized clothes (most don't).

Angie, the beauty manager, was so incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about different products I was looking for, and she had amazing suggestions for me. I will definitely be back because of her!

It is evident in every way that the days of the store are extremely numbered. Damage everywhere and the restrooms smell like a Burning Man porta potty. Hardly any customers here. This place is very worn down and dated. The employees here are really nice, though. At least in the women's underwear section.

I had a very inconvenient situation the day i stepped into the store, the lady at one of the registers was clearly just standing at the register on her phone and then said that register was closed so we walked to the other register not a big deal so we stood behind the lady who was checking out and the cashier Nancy clearly saw us aproach her register and she was rude to me and my daughter when she saw us standing for a whole transaction behind that lady she waited to tell us where the line began and proceeded to ask who was next in line when she Clearly saw us standing there, we just left and left the items on her counter and walked out

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars due to the appalling treatment I received from the manager, a jewelry associate, and a so-called jewelry "expert." I spent $260 on what I believed to be a valuable piece of jewelry, only to discover the same ring was available at Walmart for a mere $117, complete with a warranty. The piece I purchased has virtually no blemishes, and yet I was faced with the absurdity of needing a magnifying glass to inspect micro scratches. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disrespectful.
