Nationwide Optometry inside JCPenney

Things have changed so much at this location. I used to frequently go due to the selection and the pricing. It made it worth while. Now it is like everything is picked through and the stock is not as good as it was before. We are mailed coupons but when we try to use them they say it does not work for our items. It is very frustrating and it feels like we are being scammed to go shopping and then are disappointed. It must be a corporate thing but it makes the regular shopping sad and disappointing. I was a premier card holder but not anymore. Please bring back some to of the prior deals and make the coupons work for things we want and need and not just picking certain items. Please listen to the little people and their complaints.

I recently visited the Salon at JC Penny and met with Marleigh Gordon . She is such a kind, warm-hearted young lady. She is very Professional and does an Amazing Job on my hair! I would highly recommend her as a hair stylist! Thank you for always making me feel Special ❤️😘❤️

Absolutely amazing staff. I was greeted immediately when I had entered the store by friendly staff, it was so bizarre in this day and age where most retail shopping is a painful and uninspired experience, so I was floored by how experienced and knowledgeable the team was at our local JC Penny store. I was working with Suzette and Yolanda, both were ready and enthusiastic to assist me with finding an entire outfit for a wedding just days away, and I had no idea where to start. Fortunately in under 30 minutes I was fitted, given various choices, consulted in a very professional manner and found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back again, and will be sending people their way.

The floor staff make this place enjoyable to shop at they are kind, ask if you need any help and are constantly moving, organizing, and cleaning. Front end on the other hand it all falls apart. More often than not the cashiers are just miserable, and it feels like I'm a nuisance just trying to check out. They never want to scan my app rewards barcode after customizing it, so I have to go back and manually enter in every receipt to get points. What is the point of offering and promoting an app if your staff won't even use it? It's just such an unpleasant experience that we keep moving to online shopping to minimize it.

I shop in the store and also I appreciate the opportunity to shop online. I was excited about the sale Buy One Get Two Free! The prices were great! The sale was for Liz Claiborne Bath Towels. I was able to get them in two different colors. Navy blue and Weathered gray. The towels are very soft and absorbent. I’m very pleased with the purchase and highly suggest that you check out the JCP website for more great deals and prices as well as the store.
