I had a really good experience with Nationwide Vision at Swan and Speedway. It's my first experience with Nationwide. DR. Mosley was fantastic. She explained clearly, seemed to care, and was patient. She seemed to be further educated and interested in her field than other Drs I've seen. Melinda helped me order glasses. She was really nice. She was very cognizant of my budget and gave me very clear quotes of my choices. She explained lens options well. She made sure I was comfortable and chose glasses I would feel good in. I didn't get the name of the lady at the front desk. She was abundantly helpful and informative. I was there a few days early so I did my paperwork and chose some glasses.She made sure all my registration forms and glasses I liked were ready when I returned. Everything was in order and at her fingertips. I haven't received my new glasses yet. Fingers crossed, they'll be perfect.

I had an exam appt. today at this location and received a prescription. Everyone, from check-in to the nice woman that conducted the exam, to Dr. Mosley, and Melinda who fit me for the glasses, were exceptional. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. I got in right away, learned so much from Dr. Mosley, who is extremely knowledgeable, and enjoyed an overall perfect experience. Thank you kindly. See you next year.

Do not come to this store if you are poor or middle class. I went in for my yearly appointment and was given a certain amount by my insurance for glasses. I chose the cheapest and most comfortable pair for me and was told I don't look good with them by the front desk lady. She then proceeded to pick out an extremely expensive pair without a price tag so I wouldn't see it and told me I had to pay up front for my glasses my insurance has never once failed to pay for. The front desk staff is exceedingly rude and stuck up. They will treat anyone they see as lower than them like prices of trash. I left a complaint and was never gotten back to. This is a medical facility wth uncompassionate and disrespectful people. The doctor was good a little lecture'y but that's what docs do. This review is to highlight the rude and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. I will never be going here again which is unfortunate because I have been coming here for years. But for them to try and steal money from me personally is outrageous.

I'm never going to Nationwide again, especially this location. I went there to get an eye exam for a new prescription and the woman in charge of the establishment was extremely rude to me. I believe her name was Anne. When I was getting my eye exam done she told the other person who was assisting me to step out. I was trying to see the screen but it needing adjusting. I asked her if she could move the screen so I could see it better and she told me that she couldn't because "it wasn't her job". I had to convince her to move it because no one else was there to help me. She seemed angry and only moved it a little before she told me that's all that she could do which made me upset because I still had a hard time seeing the screen. She then asked me if I picked out frames yet and I told her I didn't but that I had something else in mind. She cut me off from finishing my sentence and rushed me out of the room. She then asked me to pick out some frames. I told her that I've tried looking at the frames they offer but their frames didn't fit me and most of them aren't what I wanted. I need to wear my glasses 24/7 so I want to make sure they look decent on me. I told her I bought some frames online which perfectly fit my head and I showed them to her. She looked at me like I was stupid and told me that they changed their policy so they couldn't make the glasses in the frames that I wanted. She told me that I could only pick out frames from their office and that I would have to go somewhere else to have them done. Less than 2 weeks ago my father bought frames online which he took to their store and they happily put his prescription on the frames. I told her that I really liked the frames I picked out and that I would prefer to have them done. She told me that she couldn't help me and to request service somewhere else. My father has had a similar experience with her. He stated that she is hard to communicate with and she was also seen yelling at her employees. Her tone of voice was very rude and disrespectful even though I was only asking for assistance. This has been the worst interaction I've ever had with customer service.

Came in today although I didn’t buy my glasses here, to ask for help locating the correct nose pad replacements. Mine are unique sized push-ins and I can’t find the right size online. They very kindly made some adjustments to their push-ins so they’d fit my glasses and didn’t charge me. Thank you!
