Thomas was great! I went in to get my nose pad on my glasses replaced because it came off and was greeted by the team who was all very friendly. I was taken care of right away and Thomas didn’t just replace the nose pad for my glasses but also gave them a deep clean & gave me cleaner/eyeglass cloth while I was in. He was a great help. Definitely would come back to this location
TOM has ALWAYS been so great to us! My son comes here to get glasses! Every-time we come here he is so helpful! I appreciate him so much for taking care of us every time! Give this man a raise!! I love him! ❤️ Great job Tom!
Very nice office! Front desk staff were extremely patient and friendly, very professional. I took my son here to get his annual visit and the guy at the front was super nice. I wish I had gotten his name but he provided great customer service was just the nicest calm person. The doctor was also great! Highly recommend!
Very nice experience, a wonderful reception, welcoming and informative. The optometrist was careful and thorough, he took his time. I got help picking out nice frames from an assistant that had a good eye 😉 When I went to pick up my glasses, he sat down with me to make sure my new glasses fit well and I had no more questions. After reading the 20/20 line, I was looking good, and could clearly see where I was going! Great Team
Don’t bother coming here or any of their other locations for an eye exam if timeliness is of any importance to you. They schedule eye exams, practically every 20 minutes like it’s an eye exam factory versus a meaningful doctors office. But yet they don’t have the people and resources to support such a schedule. They won’t tell you when you check in, they're running behind and then when you go to say you need to leave because they’re running so late (In my case, 30 minutes past appointment time), they don’t show any particular concern. they make excuses and then ask if you want to reschedule. I would say this was a blip, but considering this mirrored my experience last year at their other location, It’s clear they don’t care.
