Courteous, prompt, professional Dr. Campbell was kind , and walked me through my eye exam. It's reassuring to get an eye prescription from someone that absolutely is professional. Like it was also the case with my lense, frame fitter who gave me options for both comfort and stile. I would definitely recommend National Vision on Golf links and kolb.
Marina was so sweet! She helped me find frames I really like! I wouldn't have found them otherwise! And Dr. Campbell was really nice to explain the changes in my prescription!
Not worth your time. We had an appointment for my son at 1030 they told us to arrive 30 min early as we did. We sat there for an hour and my son’s name wasn’t called once. They said they had someone being trained. But they didnt explain that on the phone so instead of valuing our time as we did by showing up early they just expected us to sit there. I’m not sure who runs the place but it seems like an ongoing issue with them.when I set the appointment I could hear people complaining of the wait. So I should’ve known. But I still gave them a chance. If you chose them make sure you clear your whole schedule bc they will take their time . Blessings to you all 🫶🏼
My total experience could not have been better. Katie got me in on short notice, Carmen was perfection in her exam, David was great during ordering and Dr Campbell was the best eye Dr. I've ever been to in 50 plus years. Thank you all!
Took my 11 year old son for an exam and the entire experience was great. Friendly staff and was done within an hour. Can’t wait to pick up his first pair of glasses in a couple of weeks!
