I would give less if it was possible. These folks charged me for additions I clearly did not receive. My lenses are so scratched after a year it looks like I’ve been using sandpaper to clean them. So clearly no scratch protection was added. The Dr. was surly and rude and the people in the optics shop had only 3 or 4 options to choose from and when I asked for specifics, I got a bunch of blather. NOW, my lenses are cracking. Like a broken windshield. I have been wearing glasses for over a decade and I have never had my lenses crack. I am a careful person by nature. I care for my things kindly. I used the provided lens clothes religiously and still my lenses look like I used sandpaper. These folks are a bunch of snake oil salespeople. Don’t go here.

I went back in October to get a new prescription. I usually go to the one on oracle. And I made the mistake coming to the one on the east side.. The vibe was not it lemme tell you. Maybe it was just that day but I was not greeted in the best way and the optometrist tried to over charge me for my lens and I came in with my own frame. I’m going to continue going to the one on oracle. It’s always such a vibe and I’ve been going since 2015
I've received great service from this location on several occasions. Particularly two people in the glasses sale section, Amaya and Belen were super helpful to adjust my glasses multiple times until they fit just right. After receiving service several times to adjust my glasses, I also saw the doctor (unfortunately I can't remember her name), and she was awesome! She was very honest, straightforward and clearly knew a lot. For instance, I have a medical condition that affects my vision and requires a more complicated prescription with prisms. She was well aware of the condition and how it could affect vision. I would and will definitely return here, both for eyeglass shopping and for vision check appointments.
First it took over 2 weeks because they didn't get it correct the first time, so the same day is false advertising. Finally get the glasses, and okay its been overcast so didn't expect the transition to be strong. I specifically asked for the transition lenses l it says it on the prescription yet the tech failed that as well. Only saving grace was there was a doctor on-site as opposed to the virtual used by others
Little on the pricey side, but ecstatic that I was able to get one of my two pairs today. Prescription matched exactly(I've always had an issue of it getting messed up when I've gone elsewhere). First time using Eyeglass World and am greatful for it.
