Shopping was hard to do because every time you would go to turn down an aisle, there were people stocking shelves. It’s very hard to get around when there’s a couple of customers trying to get around as well. Since their hours are 6am to 11pm, they really should do the stocking of shelves from 12 midnight to 5am when no customers are shopping at all! I really miss the 24 hour stores, and I’m sure I am not alone in this! Who ever made the decision to not return to 24 hour stores after Covid should seriously rethink their career! Apparently he or she doesn’t know their customer base! At least then the stocking of shelves happened late night to early morning when there was much less customers in the store. Another thing was a lot of employees were just hanging out in front of women’s clothing. There’s hardly ever anyone to help you in electronics when you need it. Either no one is around or they have a line at their register and you have to wait a very long time for help. A lot of people get tired of waiting and leave though. Overall I would say this store needs a lot of work. You’ll just have to ask yourself “do I have time to play aisle bumper cars or do I have the time to try and shop while dodging people stocking shelves”!

Dear Store Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent bakery order. I placed an order for a cupcake arrangement more than a week in advance, with a scheduled pickup time of Monday at 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at the store to collect my order, I was informed that it had been canceled that same morning at 4:55 a.m. The reason provided was that the bakery did not have the necessary equipment to complete the cupcakes. This situation is extremely concerning. The order was placed well in advance, which should have allowed sufficient time to confirm that all required equipment and materials were available. I believe this reflects a lack of communication and proper planning within the bakery department. Customers place advance orders with the expectation that they will be fulfilled as promised, or at the very least that they will be notified promptly if an issue arises.
Great prices great service great products everything you need in one store and if it's not a store you can always get it online also you don't even have to get down to pick up your order
I stopped by this Walmart location on Speedway & Kolb to grab an aux cable, and Montoya helped me out. He unlocked the case and was super respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. It made the whole experience quick and stress-free. Just wanted to give him a shoutout for great customer service—really appreciate it.
