Took my daughter, and had an amazing experience!! The new technology makes it super convenient and fast! The staff were very helpful and kind. They were also nice enough to clean and changeout the nosepiece on my glasses💕 I didn’t know that they can do that !!
8812 E. Broadway location. OMG! The best exam ever. High tech gadgets. The doctors was a vertual visit. Super cool how it was done. Photos, pressures, exam, glasses picked out. Fastest place I have ever been. In and out less than an hour. Every other place would be close to 3 hours. The staff were amazing. I won't ever go anywhere else again. I would give a 10 star if i could. Above and beyond.
Would absolutely not recommend. Set appointments for all seven members of my family a month in advance. They called two business days before the appointment and left a message stating I had until the end of the day to verbally confirm or they would cancel all of them. Of course, I didn't get those messages until that night so my appointments were canceled. Will be looking for a new ophthalmologist.
I came in for an exam today and had an excellent experience I was really impressed by the nice selection of frames and the staff was super friendly and knowledgable. The digital exam was convenient, saved time and they got me seeing better than my old glasses! I highly recommend this location
