While the receptionist is lovely, the doctor chose not to accept my insurance (which is one the majority of other health practitioners in the area take) which left me with a large bill that was difficult to pay. My family has visited her in the past, and one person had to return twice to get the correct contact prescription.

I went in to have my glasses repaired expecting to pay a reasonable charge but not sure they were going to be able to do it. The gentleman took it almost as a challenge to repair them and did so in short order. I was absolutely ecstatic with their service and would go there again in a flash!
Excellent eye exam with a caring and patient doctor. And their eyeglass selection is exceptional.
I stopped in to see their selection of frames. They have a great selection. Not huge, but very very nice. The salesperson was very pleasant & helped me find frames that would work for me. I will return this morning with plans to purchase them :-) I shall submit a 2nd review to share the final result! Feeling very optomistic!
My husband paid $820 for new glasses. They were made quickly and he is pleased with them. While we were picking them up I asked if they would tighten the arms of my glasses. I was told that there would be a charge for that since I didn’t purchase them there. WE JUST GAVE THEM $820! If they were interested in gaining another customer and keeping the one they just got $820 from, it would have been much smarter to foster some goodwill and adjust my glasses without charge. It would have taken two minutes and they would have gained loyal customers. ** Your response to my review suggests that I should have done something differently, and if I had then I would have been "accommodated". I did communicate directly and was told I needed to pay for what is usually a complimentary service, even though I had just paid a very large bill. Being "nice" isn't the issue, being reasonable and not gouging customers is.
