I told them I needed a prism, they said they could do, they charged for making glasses although I provided frame and prescription was incorrect but they billed entire cost to my credit card and did not offer to correct their error!

My optician (Kim) was VERY helpful when I selected my frames, and quite wonderful when I encountered some problems with getting the fit of my new glasses “just right”. I did not see the optometrist here, but my wife has seen him at least twice over the years and has been quite pleased with all aspects of her care.

Broke my glasses but they didn't have my frames in stock. I had to buy frames I don't love because they fit my lenses. Generally, I've been happy with their products and services but was disappointing

My appointment was on time and the staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt like my doctor took the time to answer my questions and explain things with out rushing me.
