Waited over 3 years to get set up Dr. Cesare and I am so glad I waited. Now that I'm expecting baby I didn't want anyone else but him. He is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. When I sit and talk to him, it's like talking to a close friend or family member. From my past c-section I know I will get excellent care and my incision will be done with the best care. He is bilingual which helps when I forget a word in English lol. His staff is great, always responding to any questions I have weather in person or on my chart. I am beyond grateful for this clinic and Dr. Cesare.

Dr. Delacey and his staff at NEA are very knowledgeable and caring. They have great bedside manner, and they make our 1.5 hour drive to NEA worth it every time! I have nothing negative to say. The staff/experience there is exceptional!

I visited with Amber Ray and it was such a wonderfully remarkable visit that I will always remember. She is so personable and considerate that I felt like I was talking with a family member. She made my procedure very comfortable and went beyond to make sure that I was given some good "'ole fashion doctoring". Her staff was equally professional, yet kind and personable. I recommended them to my own daughters.

My doctors and nurses are honestly the best! Feel comfortable every time. Always get the help I need and if you don’t understand something they answer your question without making you feel dumb.

The Dr took time with me to answered all my questions. He was extremely informative and explained it all in detail. This was my first time seeing him. But it won’t be my last. I highly recommend him to everyone. He’s a great Dr
