Came in because of a flare up in my eye, and Dr. Lopez and the team were incredible! Not only did they call me back after a delay in a script, but Dr. Lopez immediately ordered a new one, so I could start healing as soon as possible. They were kind and communicative throughout the whole process - I can't recommend them enough!

I have been a customer here for probably 20+ years. I enjoy the front desk staff and I’ve always enjoyed Steve. Something has changed at this place… Steve belittled me and quoted their notes on file for me in an insulting way. Obviously, if I have notes on file that I transition to new glasses in a hard way, a little empathy & patience would go along way. Another time, I was very worried about a problem with my eyes. They had me come right over for some tests, but when I got in the room with the doctor, she was obviously put out that she had to turn her equipment back on at the end of the day. I said more than one time that I did not need help right the second, but she continued her attitude. I wasn’t expecting to get help right away. But again, the front desk staff are excellent. Very sad. Moving on.
I’ve been going here for many years and I love the Doctors and MOST of the staff. I love B because she knows me and is very efficient. They recently hired someone else there named Shane. I’m not a fan of him because he messed up my payment and when I ask a question he never knows the answer or he thinks he knows the answer but gives me the wrong information. I wish I could give it a 5 star rating because I do love it there but there have been numerous occasions where I have talked with Shane and he has not been helpful at all.
Great service, hometown feel. I've been going here since I moved to town in 2022. I've gotten contacts and glasses as well as exams. Great customer service, fair pricing and fast turn around.
I called for an appointment and Yolanda immediately asked my insurance coverage. I have two insurances and they don't take either of them. She said "sorry we don't take those bye bye". No advice on where I could go or asked if I would pay out of pocket which I would have.
