I went into Wisconsin Vision to get glasses I had recently purchased adjusted. Laura did a GREAT job! She went above and beyond and made sure when I left all 3 pairs of glasses fit perfectly!!
We had a great visit at Wisconsin Vision. Very friendly, accommodating from the vision exam to the employees helping you with everything. The person that helped us was Desi S. She was personable and helpful! Truly enjoyed her, she made the visit easy. I'd recommend Wisconsin Vision to anyone! Great experience!
Desi was the most excellent customer care individual I have worked with. If you want excellence go see Desi at the sunset store in Waukesha. She was able to answer all my questions and had a positive attitude. You could tell she likes her job.
Katie & Shanon were very friendly and helpful With getting my vision prescription filled. They explained all my options with the appointment, I felt no pressure in purchasing anything. I will certainly be back, for my follow up Appointments.
I went to this store to get my annual checkup. Cynthia the OD was superb. I also decided to get a set of glasses. Alex was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Glasses were expensive, but they always are nowadays. Good place and good folks. This is no longer common anymore. Highly Recommend.
