Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Insurance accepted includes VSP, EyeMed, Aetna Vision and Cigna Vision (9 plans in total). I came in for my annual eye exam and routine maintenance, and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The office is calm, quiet, and friendly which made it a very relaxing visit. Dr Ken is super kind, patient and helpful. Great selection of eyeglass frames and contact lenses. Convenient located with parking. I highly recommend Dr Ken and his team to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
Dr. Kneip is a differentiated doctor with a high touch attitude and personal care for me and for my vision. I use both contacts and glasses, and he works hard to make sure my vision is as good as it can be. Excellent doctor and caring person.
My daughter just started wearing contact lenses last week and needed immediate care. I tried reaching our primary eye doctor, but the earliest available appointment was at 12 p.m. We couldn't wait that long... I then contacted Neighborhood Vision Center around 6:30 a.m., and they responded immediately to my text. She was able to see Dr. Kent at 7 a.m. Dr. Kent and the receptionist were incredibly helpful and kind. He examined her eye very carefully and explained everything thoroughly. He truly took great care of my daughter. We need more doctor like Dr.Kent in America. They genuinely saved my day—I was very worried about her eye last night since we are new to contact lenses. We will definitely be switching our primary eye care to this office for future contacts and glasses. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again so much Dr.Kent.
Awesome staff and Doctor! I've been to may eye doctors over the years and Dr. Kneipp is the most insightful, diligent and definitely the most friendly. They are truly a family owned and operated business. After going there for a few years it feels more like visiting family than going to an eye appointment.
I have needed eyeglasses since I was in 2nd grade, so I have had my fair share of eye doctors and doctor experiences. Dr. Kneip is so kind, intelligent and explains everything to your understanding and I value that so much as a patient. The office staff are also wonderful and so polite whenever I come in for my visits. Great place overall!
