Negative experience. I tried to make a follow up appointment and was told I could not because I have an overdue invoice. I explained I never received the invoice and they said they sent it to me twice. I asked them to email it to me. They refused and said they would mail it again. In the meantime, they refused to reschedule my appointment so I could keep the prescriptions they said I needed until I paid an invoice I had never seen. I finally emailed the office, was finally emailed an invoice which was not even my address, and I told them I needed a corrected invoice so I could investigate why my insurance was suddenly not paying for a medical treatment they had always covered. I was told they would then refill my scripts for 90 days but I had to make an appointment. I called back again to schedule said appointment and was told I needed to pay the balance again. I advised I still had not seen a corrected invoice showing my health insurance and my address. Apparently, it was too much to ask for a corrected invoice before making any payments and Gerry just "couldn't continue to argue with me", so she refused to reschedule my appointment so I could keep my scripts up to date and then hung up on me. I was a patient for almost 2 years, never missed a payment, always made my co-pays, great insurance, and then they do this. Sucks because some of their doctors are really nice - but their office staff is rude and puts up a wall between the patient and the doctors unfortunately.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The doctor seems to treat this place like a pill mill, quickly prescribing medications and pushing injections without genuine concern for the patient’s well-being. It feels like they care more about selling treatments than actually helping people. The front desk staff is equally disappointing—rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Every time I called, I was met with attitude, as if they were doing me a favor instead of providing a service I’m paying for. They act as though patients are an inconvenience rather than the reason the clinic exists. If you care about your health and want to be treated with respect, I strongly advise going elsewhere. This is not the place for compassionate or competent medical care.

When I first came here, I did not know who to go to for my weight issues. When my primary care doctor recommended I see Dr. Kaul, I didn't know what would happen. She has been able to diagnose some major issues in my health and I have been able to lose weight steadily over the years. She is understanding, gives a lot of wonderful options and her staff has been very accommodating with my hectic schedule. I would highly recommend her as the GO TO Endocrinologist if you live anywhere near the Langhorne,/Levittown area.

I have being going to this office for over 7 months for Testosterone replacement, I have being there on three occasions,do lab works twice for them up date I have not gotten a single help from these Doctors.they are unprofessional disrespectful and have do regards for patients. Fist time I went the lady Endocrinologist told me my Doctor was giving her dirty work. When I went back she said she was sending over Script to the pharmacy after discussing my options, my insurance did not cover that medication so I ask to send over option 2 of the three we discussed I has being 8 months nothing. Went back and see this white pregnant one she scream at me the whole time would not listen to nothing I was saying, then said she was going to send over script going three months nothing. I called cause they set another appointment. I was telling the lady on the phone my situation she hang up one . What kind of place is that????

With Type 2 Diabetes, finding the right Endocrinologist is paramount. I have been seeing Dr. Kaul for 8 years now. She and her staff are amazing to work with and with their help, I have been able to bring my A1C down to manageable numbers. I highly recommend her and her staff and my experience has been nothing but positive with them.
