I highly recommend Dr. Civetti and New England Family Eye. The office was spa like, with the newest technology. Dr. Civetti was kind, patient and thorough. She took the time to explain all of my options, with no pressure. I was very impressed with Dr. Civetti and so happy she opened this practice in such a convenient location.
We had a wonderful experience this morning taking our 3 year old son for his first eye exam! He has a hard time sitting still and Dr. Civetti was amazing with him, letting him take breaks and just meeting him where he was at. It was night and day from a previous experience at another place- I highly recommend New England Family Eye!!

Dr. Civetti was incredibly thorough and proactive—she identified and addressed an issue that had been missed by other providers and handled it with such care and confidence. She took the time to explain everything clearly, was reassuring without being dismissive, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and compassionate. I left feeling informed, calm, and grateful to be in such good hands. I would absolutely recommend her!!
