Dr. Cassandra Mark is the best eye care provider I've had as a person new to the world of impaired vision. I'm not a big fan of objects being close to my eyes and Dr. Mark picked up on that immediately even though I feel I did a good job of being steady. She picked up on my subtle body language and addressed my concerns with me with an inclusive bedside manner and amazingly helped me to relax a bit more. On top of that, the exam flew by and informed me of the results and addressed any questions I had. I 100% recommend.

I'm very particular about my eyeglasses. My old frames needed to be replaced, but the particular style I liked had been discontinued by the manufacturer. The team at Weston EyeCare listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a similar style new frame with the features I wanted. I very much appreciated their good humor and customer focus during the process. I feel fortunate to have found them.

Some bifocals I had filled through an online service always felt like they weren't helping my vision, especially during night driving as this pair lives in my car. It took me years to realize that the short distance correction area was WAY too tall, so that I was in effect generally trying to look through the line separating the two corrections. The optician at Weston Eye Care understood my problem, helped me choose a lens design which would be optimal for my needs, and had them ready a week later. I would go back again! (Also, this is a lesson that buying prescription eyewear online can really go wrong, and that working with a competent professional in person is sometimes exactly what is needed.)

Provider was friendly, professional and communicated understandably. I had my lenses mailed to me and they came in 3 days. I will definitely continue to receive care at Weston Eye Care.
