I had an excellent experience with New Era Eyecare. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very thorough throughout the entire process. The eye exam was detailed, and they took the time to clearly explain my prescription and options. Dr. Ton is knowledgeable and always patient. Highly recommend!!!!!

Customer service is alive and well at New Era Eyecare! I experienced excellent care, communication, and product quality. I have been to many eyecare practices over the years (and I'm old :-) ), and New Era is one of the best. The customer service was excellent. They are not satisfied until the customer is totally satisfied. At New Era Eyecare, I felt listened to and respected. They were just so friendly and nice to work with. What more can I say? If you need an exam or glasses, this is the place to go.
Dr.Adair is great. He gives you a thorough exam and explains what’s going on with your eyes, including what all the tests show. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am extremely pleased with my progressive lenses. I’ve been using Dr.Adair for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The person in charge was incredibly patient and truly went above and beyond to help me. I’m so grateful that I found New Era Eyeglasses while strolling through Old Town. It wasn’t part of my plan, but I’m glad I stopped by. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
