Thankyou for the precise prescription ! These glasses are more functional than the the others! What a relief. I sing and work and need to be able to drive and my eyes and the prescription allows me to see for each! Your staff is so gracious and efficient! I see alot if doctors and office staff are the hardest to keep and they define the visit. I have a well known eye center 1/2 mile from my house. Once I visited here I never went back.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharma and the team at the optometry office in Fair Oaks Mall. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Calista, the technician, was fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and explained each step of the pre-exam process clearly, which immediately made me feel comfortable. You can tell she really cares about making sure patients understand what’s happening and feel at ease. Dr. Sharma was just as impressive. She took the time to be thorough, answered all my questions, and never made the appointment feel rushed. In the past I’ve had some bad experiences with other optometrists who didn’t seem to put much care or attention into the visit, but that was absolutely not the case here. Dr. Sharma really took the time to make sure everything was checked properly and that I understood the results. The entire visit felt organized, attentive, and genuinely patient-focused. If you’re looking for an optometrist who actually cares and a team that makes the whole process easy and comfortable, I highly recommend Dr. Sharma, Calista, and their whole team. I’ll definitely be coming back. 👓✨

Dr was very nice but she did not do a thorough or complete exam, nor did she address concerns. When told, "I still can't see the bottom line," she replied, "That's ok. It's really small." One of my concerns was that I can't see small things. I have received my glasses. The prescription is wrong. It's so bad that I can't see out of my left eye. I see better without my glasses.

I went to this place a few weeks ago. I wanted to measure my eye prescription so that I can order my glasses online. However, they did not measure PD distance despite the fact that I insisted on that. They said: "we don't measure that" which is kinda weird given that they measure every parameter of the eye prescription. Previous times that I did my eye exams in other places, they did measure monocular PD values. However, it was my first and ( will be my last time ) that I visited this office. Now, I have to look for another place to measure my monocular PD distances ( individual values for each of the eyes ) and potentially pay extra fees.

Overall it was fine. But it felt incredibly impersonal. Doctor came, did the exam, asked little to no question about me. Gave me a coupon for eyedrops for allergies if i feel I need them, and not to take them if I feel I don't. Noted he saw something in my eyes that pointed to allergies and that was kind of it. I mean I don't know what to ask. I take allergy meds, I think they do the trick. But what do I know? Didn't really explain the changes to my prescription. It was a very quick exam. Didn't ask about my medical history or how long I've worn glasses, etc. The front desk staff were not particularly warm and I did not feel particularly welcomed there. Not an office i will be returning to.
