The staff was outstanding. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. My Son and I were well taken cared of for the preparation of the eye exam. Dr. He was beyond outstanding. She was very thorough with her job when it came to the examinations, questions, answers, recommendations, and advice. She was very detailed and she made sure our vision was correct before we left. After the exam, the staff did a great job explaining our options and what were available when it came to ordering the contact lenses. This is the first time that I felt like the store cared about their customers. Thank you Dr. He and New Era Eyecare for the wonderful services. Highly recommended!

The eye doctor is excellent, but today’s checkout experience was unacceptable. I have seen the same doctor here for two years and have no complaints about her care. She is thorough, professional, and takes the time to do a careful examination. The staff at check-in have also always been very pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I checked out today. When I told the gentleman assisting me that I planned to purchase my glasses at Costco rather than through their optical shop, his attitude immediately became dismissive and rude. I tried to explain that I had purchased glasses through the office last year, but the prescription was made incorrectly—I received distance glasses instead of reading glasses—and I then had to wait nearly a month for the corrected pair. Rather than listening or acknowledging why I was hesitant to purchase from them again, he made me feel as though I was being rushed out the door simply because I chose to buy my glasses elsewhere. Patients are entitled to take their prescription to another provider without being treated disrespectfully. It is unfortunate that an excellent doctor and otherwise pleasant office were overshadowed by such an unnecessarily hostile checkout experience. Management should address how patients are treated when they choose not to purchase eyewear from the practice.

Very nice experience from getting logged in and prepared for my eye exam. The team is very friendly and you are handle with care. The Doctor was great she listened and made sure you will walk out with 20/20 vision.

Excellent, quality service. Dr Dye is top notch as are the rest of the staff. State of the art equipment and proficient Dr determined my eye concerns better than a recent visit to an ophthalmologist I'd used for over 30 years. No waiting for doctor to see 3 other patients at the same time. The optician gave me sound advice on lens options based on science. Very efficient and professional. This was a great choice!

I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. Everyone at the office was polite, helpful, and very efficient. I will definitely schedule my yearly eye exam with them again next year.
