Staff was accommodating in re-scheduling my appointment to meet my needs, very courteous and efficient when performing tests prior to my meeting w/ Dr. Reisner, and the exam itself was thorough, informative, and not rushed. I feel/know Dr. Reisner and staff are truly investing in my eye/healthcare in a welcome way. May God continue to bless the work of their collectibe hands.

Customer service here is extremely poor. Calling in… I was put on hold over and over, then disconnected. When they do pick up, there is no “Thank your for calling” or “How can we assist you?”… It’s simply their name, then dead air. ZERO warmth. They clearly do not appreciate when customers phone in. But it’s not limited to calls… I was in the office once when the front desk was treating a customer so incredibly condescendingly, indicating she owed a co-pay, and in the end, she didn’t. They just wouldn’t humor her. I gave them three tries. I’ll find a new eye doctor for 2027. It’s disappointing. The doctor was fine, but I need to feel at least a tiny bit appreciated.
Alexandria Location: Dr. Boutros was personable, professional, and thorough throughout my visit. He took the time to conduct a comprehensive eye examination while ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I greatly appreciated the quality of care I received.
My eye appointment with Dr Mashid was very professional, well coordinated, and efficient. The staff is friendly and timely in providing the various eye tests before seeing Dr Mashid. Dr Mashid is very friendly and efficient. Check out was also quick and easy. Highly recommend this practice.
The staff was gracious and most efficient. Elsbeth , the technician, was highly skilled, supportive, and accommodating. Dr. Butros is the best. Go to the Eye Center for optimum optical health.
