Waheed provided exceptional service helping my child get glasses. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and precise with every measurement. In fact, the ophthalmologist who later saw the glasses was so impressed with how perfectly everything was done on the first try that she took down Waheed’s name and the shop information to recommend to her own patients. It is rare to find that level of professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!

I have gotten maybe 5 or 6 pairs of glasses from Eye See. They are the 100% best! Tons of unique and cool frames to choose from... things unique that you cant find in the states. Don't have the color you were looking for - Just ask! Great customer service, cool vibe, the Dr there is amazing and so down to earth. Tens across the board! I have since moved out of the area, but when its time for new glasses, the trip to Arlington will totally be worth every penny!

Im not a customer of the store but I highly recommend that you come here to get your eye needs taken care of. Waheed Abbasi is tge person you must see he will go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you need. He went the extra mile to help me recover my lost wallet and didn't have to. If he did this on his personal accord his work ethic must be TOP NOTCH. Go see him you wont be disappointed.

My experience here was very disappointing. The level of customer service and professionalism was far below expectations. In particular, my interaction with “Waheed Ullah” was unpleasant and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. When it comes to a business related to eye care, you expect respectful communication, professionalism, and a sense of trust. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here. The overall service felt disorganized and not customer-oriented. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place and would suggest others consider more professional and customer-focused alternatives for something as important as eye care.

Excellent care and service. Dr. Hun Ki Hong was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Doctor provided the best options to cure myopia for my son, and provided excellent information which no other eye specialist has ever given to us. Mr. Waheed, the optician was equally helpful, guiding us through lens and frame options with great care and professionalism. We truly appreciated the attention, support, and genuine concern throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
