The receptionist, Janet, is a gem. She is literally the best medical care support staff in the DMV area. She actually cares about people who come into the office. She is always kind, gracious, and I can tell she loves her job. It is rare to find this level of care and professionalism when you go to doctor's offices in this area. Love her!

This was a new patient appointment; and the experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in and was greeted by front counter staff. Dr. James was very professional, took time to get to know me and my medical history. I felt my concerns were heard. I didn’t feel rushed, which is what often happens. The process for purchasing glasses was nice and personable. The technician, was patient and helpful in picking something out that fit my face. I would definitely recommend Eye Smile Optometry.
