I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care and courtesy I have always received from this practice. It is rare today to feel like a “valued customer” at a medical office and these people stand out for the kindness and professionalism. I cannot say enough about how helpful they have been the two (!!) times my daughter has had eye injuries. So grateful.

The office visit was great, but it took OVER A MONTH to get my prescription filled. The pharmacy needed clarification from the doctor and the office did not respond to their several phone calls and faxes. I personally called the office at least 5 times and they said I needed to call the pharmacy again, even though the pharmacy told me the opposite. What a hassle.

Shady. Unprofessional. Negligent! This is the WORSE experience I've had EVER and I've been wearing glasses my whole life. From getting my glasses to dealing with their incompetence a year later with my insurance. The "office manager" was extremely rude when I enquired about the charges on my receipt which BTW is sooo confusing. Even my insurance didn't understand it. I had to pull my insurance in to help address me overpaying for my second pair of glasses. The office manager was also rude to the insurance lady and seems to not want to help. Customer service is clearly not a thing here. Negligent because the workers did not do their due diligence to ensure they are giving me prices as it pertains to my insurance plan. Totally just disregarding what is clearly showcased on my EOB. Also FAILED to follow up or reimburse me almost $200 in overpayment from their own mess up.

The billing department incorrectly billed my insurance and I ended up responsible for almost $200 for a standard eye exam. Will not be returning.
