​I had a fantastic experience at Jems Glasses. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful. I picked up two pairs of high-quality glasses at an amazing price, and the quality is top-tier. ​The progressive lenses are the best I’ve ever had—the transition is incredibly smooth and feels much sharper than my other pairs with the same prescription. On top of that, the frames themselves feel indestructible and very well-made. They have a massive stock of unique frames to choose from, and because they fabricate the lenses themselves on-site, the turnaround was much faster than any other place I've been. If you're in the DMV this is the place to go!

The customer service at JEMS really sets them apart. The staff there was super helpful and guided me through everything, which made the experience feel personal rather than just another transaction. The actual eyewear is top-tier, too. The frames have a solid, high-end feel to them. Most importantly, the vision is perfect. These are the most comfortable multi-focal lenses I’ve ever used; I didn't have any of the usual blurriness or "swimming" feeling.

Dr. James take his time to examines my eyes to make sure I get the right prescription for my lents . I have coming with him since 2004 and I have not found a doctor like him . The whole team cares for my eyes and the financial cost of my glasses. I highly recommend them !

Professional and courteous staff. Dr. Holley is thorough and explains each step of the eye exam. I have been a patient for 20+ years because JEMS Optical's level of eye care, latest technology and professionalism I are top notch! I highly recommend them as a health care resource you can trust.

What a great experience I had today at Jems. Great warm welcome coming in. Dr. Zhou is an amazing doctor & finally got a contact lens Rx that works for me so I could play volleyball. Dr. Zhou took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed during the exam at all. After my exam, I got my glasses & contact lens rx. Now the glasses selection is also great. I had a pair of Lunor glasses and they sell the frames there along with other brands that ive bought before in the past such as Robert Marc and Modo. Will def tell my friends to go & I will be back myself. Thank you Dr. Zhou for making this a great experience and I will be back in the future!
