I had an excellent experience with Dr. Alice Oh and the entire team at New Era Eyecare. Dr. Oh was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout my eye examination. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for during the entire visit. It is clear that Dr. Oh and her team truly care about their patients and are committed to providing exceptional eye care. Dr. Edwin Adair and his team were fantastic with my two kids (ages 9 and 6) during their comprehensive eye exams. Dr. Adair was incredibly patient, friendly, and made the whole experience comfortable for them. Afterward, Johnny was wonderful in helping us pick out the perfect glasses and getting everything set up seamlessly. We couldn't be happier with our visit!

Had my visit at the Sterling office, Dr. Chang and staff are wonderful! Every team member greets you with a smile. Very professional, highly recommended for your eye care needs.

My son had gone to New Era in Sterling, Va and was very pleased with the service. I needed to have an exam so I could get new contacts & glasses so I decided to go there. Everyone in the office is friendly & patient. Dr. Oh did the exam. She was very thorough with it. Mary helped me pick out my frames and was VERY patient while I tried to make my choices. There was a problem with one of the frames and she made sure that I was satisfied with the replacement. Danial always greets customers with a friendly smile and makes them feel welcome. This will be my new spot for annual exams and eye care purchases.

I’ve been coming here for years and Mary is always such a pleasure to work with. Always has a bright smile and super helpful! Today my visit was with Dr. Chang and she is such a refreshing optometrist! It seems like she loves what she does and truly cares about the patient. She was very thorough in her explanations and I haven’t received that superb level of care from any other optometrist! Highly recommend having your visit with Dr. Chang.
