New Eyes is awesome! IMO, Dr. Kaufman is one of the few great doctors in Las Vegas. Staff are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend New Eyes to anyone experiencing eye problems. Also, they have multiple locations in the Valley for easier access.
Once again, a great office and staff experience with the superb Dr. Andrew Kwong. Very, very helpful opthalmologist and I can well appreciate that with my old eyes. My only concern, and I should have mentioned it because it has occurred before, is that both the numbing & dialation drops on my green eyes take 9 HOURS TO WEAR OFF...I realize this is NOT uncommon. But I understand there is a new counter drug out that at the end of the visit, can be administered REDUCING the longevity of this great discomfort called: Ryzumfi. You can be SURE I'll ask for it next time!!!
Giving 4 stars as the exam was great and location is fairly convenient. The online reservation system left a lot to be desired. I found most of the staff to be cold and very distant overall on this visit. None of the staff introduced themselves or showed any sign of personal interest other than getting the process over. The initial fellow was very enjoyable but I still couldn't tell you his name and give him credit for our interesting conversations. I've been there before and always had a great experience. Maybe it's just the economy and next year things nation wide will be brighter.
Dr. S. Kaufman is an absolutely INCREDIBLE eye specialist! He really did his due diligence in helping me with my eye issue. The virus is gone, it did leave some scaring behind, but after seeing him every 8 weeks I do not have to go back for 1 year! His entire office staff are amazing and very friendly! I HIGHLY recommend them, and they are just at 2 hours each way from me!
Very efficient and professional office staff and environment ! I was received warmly and a thorough review and examination of my eyes was conducted which included measurements and scans. My pupils were dilated and examined by the ophthalmologist following a short recess. My interactions with Dr. Reddy left me quite satisfied that I will have deliberate care for my eye health and when necessary, address the “mild cataracts” which inevitably require surgery ! I sincerely appreciated his thoughtful approach to me as a patient.
