Dr. Chiu was amazing. He was very patient and thorough. I had a corneal transplant and my eye can no longer be fixed with glasses. He is sending me to a specialist while my LAST dr lied and said he got my vision to 20/20. Dr. Chiu didn't rush the exam and he answered all questions. He was very patient with my daughter as well.
Love this Progressive Eye Care. The staff are always so friendly and make sure you leave with the exact product you want. The doctor is thorough and explains all aspects of your eye health. An all around great experience.
They frequently hang up on callers without greeting them. I called weeks ago to make an appointment and provided my insurance information. I was told I'd get a call back yesterday to confirm coverage. I never did. When I called, they said I didn't have insurance. Then she said it was $100. This was after I provided all my info for the third time. My copay is $10. I know what my coverage is. I've been giving these people my business for years but they've lost a client permanently after this crap. I called another place who was able to pull it up without issue and they didn't try to overcharge me.
I return to Boca Park Lens Crafters because of Dr. Chiu. I trust him with the health of my eyes. The receptionist was wonderful, and she did my eye tests. Exceptional service. The lady who helped me fill the prescription was patient and explained the options well. Looking forward to my new glasses.
Dr. Chin, is very professional. He provided essential information regarding my eye care. I sincerely trust him and I do recommend him if you are looking for a new eye doctor. I also had a very positive experience with his assistant Stephanie. She was very patient and helpful. Overall, I plan to continue as a patient at this office location.
