From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff with warm smiles. I was a little nervous since I had never worn glasses before and wasn’t sure which frames would suit my face, but Prisila went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. I truly appreciate her effort, along with the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff.
Great experience all around! The eye doctor was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Sayra, who helped me during my visit, was incredible super friendly, attentive, and professional. She made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend this office!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR DESIGNER! I purchased Chanel frames from here and they are all defective! I tried over and over again to be refunded and they just kept ordering me new Chanel. All the Chanel frames have an arm higher than the other side so they are crooked on your face. They are so unprofessional, they act like they need your money to keep their lights on. Their staff absolutely is not educated enough to be working in a optometrist office. It seriously feels like you’re arguing with a dam nail salon on how terrible they do business. They wouldnt even return my vision benefits so I can elsewhere and get real professional service. They burned my lenses in their heater to try and fix the crooked first Chanel pair. Acted like it was my fault they burned them and then used my warranty to order another pair. They also tried selling me a USED Chanel pair from their sales floor that was visibly worn with scratches and faded lettering. Its just absolutely disgusting how these people are. Now i have Chanel I cant even wear and Im out $440. This place SUCKS.
5.4 update went to get replacement glasses. He doesn't work there anymore and they didn't know what I was talking about 4.9 update: Ismail left me a message and offered to make the situation right I appreciate it that my situation matters. He rolled out the red carpet.. with that kind of customer service I have to stick with this place
Dr. Tester, Stephen was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time during the exam and allowed me to truly compare different lenses to see which worked best for my vision, rather than rushing the process. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was. Highly recommend
