From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and kind. Dr Alamo-Leon was very thorough in her examination and explained everything to me. She was patient and answered any and all of my questions. They have a great selection of frames to fit your style and budget. I highly recommend going to Optic Gallery for your eye care.
Been going to this place for years. Recently I went in with my Husband as we haven’t been back in about two years. There we met PAM! She is absolutely one of the best employees, customer service representative, expert in framing, and color that I ever had. Even when we call in to ask a question, they end up transferring the phone to Pam by coincidence and she always does a marvelous job. She’s a keeper! Good job in having her on your team! 🥇✨😄

During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nair Borges. She was incredibly thorough, attentive, and helpful in addressing an issue I was experiencing with my eye. I have been going to this location for over 10+ years. Never have myself nor my husband been left alone to complete the first half of the examination, each with different appointment times back to back. The technician set the machinery for the first test and left. The test was over for minutes before he returned. He then set up the second test and left. Again, the test was over before he returned. The portion of the examination with the optometrist went well. Choosing eyewear with another employee went well too.
Got my lenses here for both sunglasses and glasses! I had some isssues with my meta glasses and Trudie and the front desk were super helpful , customer service is world class!
