Dr. Greta is one of the best and most highly qualified ophthalmologists I have ever met. The staff is outstanding. I’m so glad I chose this clinic. I’ve been a patient here for the past two years, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I highly recommend Dr. Fridman as an exceptional ophthalmic surgeon.
Dr. Fridman is the best as also all her staff members. Dr. Fridman helped me in many ways and I am so grateful for her kindness. I had cataract surgery in my left eye and will be getting surgery in right eye. All went smoothly with surgery in left and I can see good from that eye and it is healing nicely. Looking forward to surgery in right eye more calmly. Thank you Dr. Fridman.
Very warm and caring My appointment was on time this is my third or fourth time there and I had all excellent experience so I can’t say anything bad about this place. They’ve treated me lovely I’ve got wonderful Care and I recommend it to anyone but you definitely need to have something wrong with you and recommended by the hospital or a doctor they don’t take you off the street but I would say your time for our Institute I give them thumbs up.
Called a month ago to set an appointment for Cataract consultation. Created my account and told me my appointment was for 1 pm on 6/9. I show up yesterday for my Appointment and the front desk says they see that I am a new Client in the system but there is no appointment. Then told me that the doctor I was supposed to see was leaving the practice, and the other doctor isn't available for 6 weeks. Now typically I understand mistakes happen, but the expectation is "I am so sorry for this error lets see what we can do to fit you in sooner rather than later. I am walking around not able to see out of one eye and have already waited a month for this appointment. The front Desk was not only not apologetic. They were unwilling to do anything for an ERROR that their staff Made. If I cant trust them to get an appointment right, not sure how I feel about trusting them with my eyes. Will be going elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service.
A patient for 15 yrs. Terrific staff. Wonderful eye care, first for glaucoma and now cataract surgeries. Have recommended Dr Fridman to family & friends who have also been most pleased.
