Dr. Rachel Mandin is upper nice , super seeet & very detailed with information. Office is super clean, sophisticated and overall great staff, I am very happy with the services & will be recommending my daughter to see her.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team — from the front desk staff to the doctor — was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I was traveling in New York City when I had an unexpected eye issue and needed to see an ophthalmologist before flying home. They were able to fit me in the same day, which was such a relief. Dr. Rachel took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns and made me feel genuinely cared for and comfortable throughout the visit. Having a medical issue while away from home can be really stressful, and her compassion and reassurance meant so much. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Rachel and her wonderful team for the thoughtful care they provided.
Dr. Selena Huang is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond to help us manage my son’s eye medication. Even though Verkazia is currently unavailable in the United States for his condition, she made sure he had an effective replacement in the meantime, and she continues to monitor the situation in hopes that it becomes available again. Dr. Huang is incredibly caring and thorough. She personally handled all the necessary paperwork and worked closely with our insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication is rare. The front desk receptionist is also wonderful warm, welcoming, and Spanish-speaking, which made our experience even more comfortable and accessible. It’s not easy these days to find doctors who truly show this level of care, especially given the time constraints and administrative pressures many face. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the wait, and we are so grateful to have found her. Nathan is very happy to see you all at every visit !
New York Laser Vision is a good place for eye care in Manhattan. Office is nice and clean, appointments mostly on time. Doctors seem to know what they are doing, I trust them.
On the Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, New York Lasar Vision was excellent. Dr. Mindin was excellent and I never felt rushed. Thanks to her I don’t have to suffer an infected stye over the long weekend as I was able to pick up the antibiotics she prescribed.
