I went to the eye doctor. They took my money, but after my eye exam, she left the country for two weeks for vacation. stuff who is working was awful so first when I was trying to tell them, what needs to be done for my order prescription I can order then I can see and they left me without no tryouts. They did not care about me instead fixing or figuring out how they can help me. They argued with me even worse on the phone and they did not even answer my phone calls so this shows like you cannot do this Customer. You are the one you have to help the people if somebody have a business with you on professional.

I gave them my Ray-Ban Meta glasses to change their lenses, and that's what they did in two weeks. They couldn't even put the lenses in properly and thats so unprofessional. I paid 70$ for this crazy work.

In this optician's office they checked my eyesight, helped me choose reading glasses, explained everything and were very polite and attentive. Qualified staff and a very convenient location! I will definitely come to them again!

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. My whole family and I have been going to this place for over 15 years now and we have always been taken care of amazingly. The frames they provide are absolutely gorgeous and they have all types even the ones in style now. The prices are good too. Every time we come, we are greeted with smiles, they always try their best to make the customer happy and provide exceptional service. My favorite part is that when I’m picking out lenses they actually give their true opinion on how certain frames look on my face and that fit me, they don’t just try to sell the most expensive which is what happens t a lot of other places, the people here actually care. I have gotten so many compliments over the years about my glasses everywhere I go and the contacts are amazing too, you don’t even feel them.
