I have going for more than 6 years. I can’t complain about doctors or nurses they’re the best. But in the front desk all that’s ladies acting like they are doing a favor. Extremely rude not educated. They treat people like nobody especially if they don’t speak English. My wife went for an appointment. And they acted that bad that I had to change the. Clinic that day . They talk to each other in English making fun those who don’t understand English. The worst 6 years . Ones I went with my daughter. They try but I do speak English either way if they don’t change those front desk . They might don’t last!!

Our visit to the first floor Lab Corp on ferry street was perfect! After struggling to find a doctor who can successfully take out blood samples from our 2 year old, we met Bianca. Bianca from the first floor Lab Corp is amazing at her job and was able to take out blood samples on her first attempt. Bianca was very professional and wouldn’t want anyone else to take out blood samples. We will be coming back from now on for his future blood samples!
Very disappointed with my experience. The front desk staff are often rude and unhelpful, and I no longer feel comfortable bringing my child here. I signed the necessary release forms to have my child’s records transferred to another office, but nothing has been done and communication has been poor. Customer service and patient care need significant improvement.
It was clean, and the tech and doctor were phenomenal! The front office staff could be a little more friendly as well as speak English that we can understand, that was very hard to communicate when you can’t understand who you are speaking to.
We have always had good service from Dr. Cindy and the nurses. However, from a few months ago to the present, my daughter and I have been receiving very poor service, embarrassed by the receptionists, who tell us that there are no appointments for that day. Today (May 5, 25), once again, I tried to show one of the receptionists our appointment, and she said she didn't care, that it was what was in the system, that the call center can make the wrong appointment, and she simply got up from her chair and left me talking to myself. Today my appointment was with Dr. Cindy, a follow-up appointment, which I rescheduled over the phone for today (they have the recording and can access it) and they simply told me that the appointment was with another doctor, even though the supposed doctor is scheduled for Wednesday (May 7, 25), and I informed her of this at the reception. After all this embarrassment, Dr. Cindy saw us and asked what we were doing there. … Then the poor service started at the reception and extended to the doctor. In short? WE LEFT THERE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, and we still had to put up with rudeness from people who were supposed to treat us with respect and politeness. REGRETTABLE
