Great expericnce from the beginning. For auto service you check in outside and the attendant was very nice, helpful and ready to talk about the Spurs game. I went in to get groceries and came back and sat in auto service area and I saw the technicians hustling. I only sat their about 15 minutes after I got my groceries and I was ready to go. Even the cashier was friendlier than most. Store was clean, well stocked and there were people ready to help around every corner. I had to ask where the enchilada sauce was and the man took me right to it and even pointed it out to me. Very grateful for the help. Nobody was rude at all to me anywhere in the store.

What can I really say about Walmart? I've been a shopper and loyal customer for many years. They always have what I need and at very reasonable prices. Plus, I use their indoor air conditioning and sheer size of their store to my advantage. I use walking as a main form of exercise, and doing it at Walmart is an awesome health benefit, especially on hot days here in Texas!

I often frequent the walmarts here in Pearland and every time I come to get some lunch meat, there's always someone back there that will not at keadt acknowledge you. . I was waiting by the meat department for him Liam for him to grt ginished packing the chicken wto get finished. So I can get a couple slices of cheese.A lady just walked up and asked for mashed potatoes and he immediately serviced her, and I was standing in front of and when I approached him about taking domeone before he claimed he didnt see. 15 minutes just to get 3 slices of cheese. Whatever happened to customer service here, Itried to get a job at walmart or sams club several times been able to multitask and service every customer by prioritizing.But they hire people like Liam

Absolutely the worst Walmart of any Walmart I've ever been to and I've been to them all over the country. Consistently out of regular everyday products such as vegetables etcetera. Staff is some of the rudest you will encounter at any store regardless of brand. If you're looking for customer service or in stock products head down the road to H-E-B. They have stock and they want to serve you

I had a great experience in the Vision Department ordering a pair of glasses. Ash was very helpful. The department was very clean and organized and had so much inventory to chose from. I have been purchasing glasses from this location for many years.
