Dr. Semir was really informative and kind! I love when doctors are passionate about their work and actively want you to learn! Chris was also really helpful and patient while I selected frames, and was very conscious to check my insurance and give me careful instructions! This is my new eye doctor's office, no question!
I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for Mreyedr, specifically Dr Semir Markisic. When i went in i was terrified of getting contacts. Dr Semir made sure that i felt comfortable first before anything. He verified my prescription, completed all of the necessary tests to make sure my eyes were healthy (and explained what each exam was for/what it tested) , and then he gave me a trial pack of contacts to try on in the office. He had one of the technicians sit with me, very sweet guy also, until I got the contacts in. Then, they also showed me how to remove the contacts. Everyone was so kind and I even arrived a bit late, but they were very understanding and accommodating to me. Overall, 10/10, I recommend this clinic to anyone !
Highly recommend Adam Friedland, OD! He is the best. I have been seeing him for years. It is clear he cares deeply about his patients. He has seen me through various eye challenges. And most recently he quickly diagnosed a retinal tear — he squeezed me into a packed schedule (something I am not sure would have happened just anywhere) and quickly diagnosed me. Getting me to the care I needed quickly, and likely saving my eye. Simply the best.
I had such an amazing experience at this office. I was seen by Dr. Markisic for an eye exam. He took his time and was very thorough. All of my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Markisic shows genuine care to his patients. Highly recommend this place!
I got my progressive darkening lenses from Urban Optical and I couldn’t be happier. The service was incredible as the man up front helped me choose the right frames for my face. And 6 mo’s later I needed them to be adjusted because they had gone wonky due to my own negligence and he was able to fix them right up perfectly free of charge! I’m glad to have found such a reputable and kind place to get my glasses near home!
