I stopped by looking for a replacement screw for my glasses and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and fixed my glasses on the spot at no charge. I went for an eye exam today at the location at 1036 westchester ave and the whole team there is fantastic! Shoutout to stephanie for taking such good care of me. Hector made everything easy and Belle and Yvette were so nice! I highly recommend going here for your eyecare needs.

I had an amazing experience with Samantha. She was incredibly patient and thorough in teaching me how to put my contact lenses making the process easier for me. I also appreciated how she kept in contact with me as I waited for my lenses to arrive.Highly recommend!
Recently I visited Cohen’s Fashion Optical (Near Southern Blvd in Bronx,NY) from the phone conversations we had to the in person conversations/ services was a 10 out of 10 ! I was taken back a little that there was a virtual eye doctor but I guess that was expected due to how small the office is. The eye doctor(virtual) and the technician (live) was extremely nice, informative, detailed oriented and professional. Bel the front desk receptionist / representative was extremely helpful with choosing my glasses , funny and heartwarming. Thanks for helping me with my glasses. Really nice laddies and see you soon to pick up my glasses.
